
Sky Cool is an aluminium foil insulation, it has a multi layer material such as aluminium sheet on both side reinforced with polyester yarn or fiberglass scrim, make it tensile strength is stronger and more durable. Added high quality kraft for it mechanical strength. All the layer is formed and laminated with fire Retardant adhesive. Using excellent technology to produce high quality aluminium foil insulation.
Sky Cool has been designed and extensively used to reflect 95% of radiation heat, effectively cools off the air in the room underneath, also suitable as vapor barrier, avoid roof leakage. Can be used for roof, wall and building insulation.
Sky Cool could be applied as facing onto Rock wool, glass wool, plain slab, ceiling board, ducting air conditioning, pipe section and wall insulation.
SKY COOL Aluminium Foil 431
Sky Cool 431 is 5 layers laminate Double Sided Fire Retardant reflective aluminium foil consisting of pure aluminium foil bonded of each side of a natural Kraft paper with a specially adhesive and reinforced with 12mm x 12mm fiberglass scrim.
Application
For use as radiant heat barrier for HVAC in industrial, commercial and residential buildings especially in countries having tropical climate and high humidity

“For roofing sheet lay the foil over purlin. Unroll foil down length of roof ridge and join overlap +/-75 mm
“For tile roof lay the foil across structure under tile battens commencing from eaves and joint overlap +/- 150 mm

Sky Cool 431 has been classified as class 0 surface under British Standard 476 part 6 and 7 for Fire Hazard Safety Requirement.
